I hope not :)
What jetspeed should allow you to do is to easily integrate any CMS system
you want to use in a portal not provide its own CMS.
Whether standard CMS portlets are available with Jetspeed will depend
on some volunteer people developing these portlets.
I'd be personnally interested in a Prowler portlet.
