Im not sure if thats the problem. It seems to happen on any relative image
or css to /jetspeed.
Even for files that have never been in CVS that I created here on my local
machine.
( I use VSS here :(  )

Now that you mention it, I did dl the latest Tomcat recently when testing
the WAR installation steps.
In fact thats about when this problem started...
Thanks, I will try going back to the older Tomcat, more on this later.....
