If I know it right, we have about 1400 bytes for the whole deck. I think a 
"options" card would not often be used by the user and therefore better 
provided trough a link that goes back to the server. In return, we win 
valuable space for "real" content.
I mean, there might be applications that can make good use of the bottom 
navigation, but in my opinion, the default that we are delivering should 
leave as much content space as possible.
