This is currently not a feature.
The new profiler i am working on will restrict access to full-psml pages
based on roles, but will not restrict access to specific portlets on that
page. You could then take this default profiler implementation and extend it
to your needs.
There is also a security proposal
Check out the proposals under /docs/proposals
I dont know the status on the security proposal, but the new profiler
service will be checked in after the 1.3a1 release.
