I really have to apologize. The last days I was overloaded with work and 
partly just forwarded information / cecked in code that came from my 
colleagues. I failed to do a thorough "quality check" every time (I made 
sure that it builds and runs, of course). This was also the case with my 
mail below. Sorry, that's a lesson I learned, I will be more careful in the 
future!
You're absolutely right regarding point (1), my colleague used an old 
version of the xsl file. I was wrong with point (2) also, don't know what 
the problem on his machine was but it works fine with my installation.
