I couldn't find any old versions of Jetspeed or Turbine, but I found some old apache
utility classes that shouldn't have been there.
It works now. Thanks a million!!!!

Check your classpath, you probably have an old version of Turbine or Jetspeed
referenced somewhere in the path or in the Tomcat classpath.
