There's a good article on Tomcat in the magazine "JavaPro" - December 2000,
Vol.4 No.12 (www.java-pro.com) by Budi Kurniawan "Be the Top Cat with
Tomcat"
It nicely describes how to setup Tomcat + Apache.
If you can't find the magazine, let me know. I can type in some examples for
you.
Unfortunately I couldn't find the article on their web site.
The wrox book 'Professional Apache' (Peter Wainwright) has some sections on
Tomcat + Apache.
