If you mean the standard OCS feed, yes.
I discovered a bug where OCS feed files were taken into cache, and then
loaded from the remote url again. I will be fixing it in cvs shortly.
The first time you start jetspeed, if will fetch the OCS feed twice. Since
they are big files, it will take some time to be done.
I have just fixed it in cvs. Now it fetches OCS entries only once, and
takes the feed from the cache if they are there.
