cannot download cvs - file locked

I am trying to download the latest cvs. The download hangs saying, "waiting
for jon's lock in
/products/cvs/jetspeed/jetspeed/webapps/WEB-INF/templates/jsp/screens". It
has remained this way for at least 1-hour. Should I wait until tomorow to
try again?
