I fixed some bugs in the customizer code:
- In the generated wml psml there was an control missing, no card tag was
produced - fixed.
- If nothing is changed during customize, the portlets don't change their
position on the page. (well ok, that's just curing the symptoms, we need to
get the portlet's layout position configurable...).
- During sorting there was a chance for a nullpointer exception - no longer.
