Issues do exist. There are some problems in the treatment of multibytes
characters, specially WRT cache processing.

I am currently fixing one such issue. I hope that I will fix it soon. It
should be definitely fixed with the new cache, I hope.

In the meantime, you can help me diagnose/fix any bug. Please feel free
to ask about strategies or any place in the code where you find issues
or problems understanding code.
