Hello,
I am the person responsible for the iCalendar implementation. Its current
status is.
It saves Event and To Do objects in the database. As well as attendees and
categories. There may be some more functionality which is largely
untested.
This includes
1. writing an iCalendar stream minus long line folding.
2. reading an iCalendar property from a stream after it has been folded.
An overhaul of the Base Peer classes is in order as well as an overhaul
of the private and protected methods of the iCalendar business objects.
Right now I dont have a lot of flexibility with the overhaul as my company
is trying to wrap up a product on this current version of the apache code.
If any one is willing to help reengineer the backend please email me. I
have some ideas on how we can extend turbines auto generated peers to work
with iCalendar.
Just dont have the time :(.
