jetspeed sans jsp

Im having some trouble getting Jetspeed to run on a particular web server
(atg dynamo).
I;d like to try removing the jsp, which does a redirect, which i suspect may
be my problem.
Is there a way to quickly disable jsp in the config files, and just go
straight to the Home screen?
