Yes, I also got this exception in 1.3a1. I first installed the 1.3a1
release on a Linux machine that was not connected to the net (only via
modem). I got this error almost every time when clicking on the RSS Sources
tab, unless I was on-line. At least, that seemed to be the pattern to cause
the error.
