Sorry, I don't know very much about the database setup. I think your jdbc driver
should be in the webapp/WEB-INF/lib dir,
to avoid classloader problems. Nevertheless, it looks like the tables are not set up,
or something similar.
In the turbine list (whe this code belongs) you can have more help.
