Eugen, The jstl jars need to be on the container's classpath, not inside your webapp. Can you see the $JETTY_HOME/lib/jsp directory contains the jstl jars org.apache.taglibs.standard.glassfish_1.2.0.v201004190952.jar and javax.servlet.jsp.jstl_1.2.0.v201004190952.jar
