I found the root cause of the issue- a buggy section of the code was
completing the async context and when other sections of the code were
trying to access the context (which is now complete),
"java.lang.IllegalStateException:
s=ASYNCIO i=false a=COMPLETE" is thrown. Makes sense. I am still curious to
know what does "s", "i" and "a" stand for?
