).

As a comparison, using my current setup, replacing org.mortbay.apache-jsp
and org.eclipse.jetty.apache-jsp with jetty-jsp-fragment, jetty-schema and
javax.servlet.jsp-api works fine for me ( http://pastebin.com/CdDgGikh ).
