I am getting a issue in running jetty in intellij. Intellij is complaining that someone is already using the port 1099. The complete information about the issue is here http://stackoverflow.com/questions/31494815/which-process-is-using-1099jmx-port . I have been trying to solve this for over a week but no success. Even intellij guys are unable to solve this (though they haven't tried enough).
