Bryan,

The hot deploy does not support it directly, but Jetty does internally
support it.

It is possible to deploy the new context as the target of new requests and
allow old requests to drain out of the old context before restarting
it.       However it will need a bit of custom code to be written to enact
the exact sequence that you wish to support.
