This is a more complex issue to resolve.  I would love to have the
documentation in the same repository now that we have the setup we do at
Github but we still have the issue of the Eclipse IP process which I
_believe_ still needs to happen on the documentation itself if we are to
import it into the github jetty repository.

I will chase this issue down with the ipteam this week and see what they
have to say.  I think it would be a solid project to get that converted
over to some form of markdown and then slurped into the jetty github
repository.
