Oh I am sorry, nevermind. Once I have composed and sent the mail, I've realised that I am setting the idle timeout to 2 minutes myself with "factory.getPolicy().setIdleTimeout(120 * 1000);"
I have compiled old version of my servlet by mistake. Regards Alex
