There have been a few changes to url decoding and real path handling.
We're up to jetty-9.4 so you're a good few versions behind. If you don't
want to/can't go to jetty-9.4, you should at least get up to jetty-9.3.  If
there's still a problem, can you post a stack trace and details of your
configuration and we'll take a close look for you.
