What you can do is to configure manually the request logger
Server server = new Server(8080);
server.setHandler(new HelloWorld());
NCSARequestLog ncsaRequestLog = new NCSARequestLog();
// Here the logger configuration
// see
https://www.eclipse.org/jetty/documentation/9.4.x/configuring-jetty-request-logs.html
server.setRequestLog( ncsaRequestLog );
server.start();
server.join();
That's the easiest way.
To have a better logging system, I would recommend using a slf4j
implementation (log4j2 or logback) with using the request logger class
Slf4jRequestLog
