You've mixed jars of at least two different versions of Jetty (9.4.43 and 9.4.15) which might be a problem.
Caused by: java.lang.NullPointerException: null at com.vaadin.flow.server.DeploymentConfigurationFactory.getTokenFileFromClassloader(DeploymentConfigurationFactory.java:341) ~[na:na]
Have you asked Vaadin-afficionados what might be the reason for an error like this to happen? This doesn't necesserily have something to do with Jetty at all.
