If you are using the recommended directory split of `${jetty.home}` vs
`${jetty.base}` then it's just a matter of unpacking the distro tarball
into a new directory and using it against your existing `${jetty.base}`
directory as-is.

No changes expected in your `${jetty.base}` directory for this to function.
