Summary: Start doesn't stop already running app

Initial Comment:
When starting the app via Start button, it should
stop the app if it is already running. Currently it
doesn't and the app cannot start, because it
cannot JVM cannot listen on tcp/ip port.

There is 'restart' button, but I think it would be
enough to have only 'Start' which would Start the
app if it's not running and Restart it if it's already
up.

Hi - thx for the report!

Nope. The launch framework of Eclipse does not allow for
this feature. BTW this is a feature request and not a bug.
