Nothing final from me. I got so far as the plug-in will actually start a
Jetty6 server but the web apps don't seem to be loaded/configured properly
because when I try to navigate to the URL for the app I'm trying to debug
Jetty can't associate the URL with the app. I believe it'll turn out to be
something really simple (it's always some mundane detail!) but lately I
haven't had any time to work on the plug-in. I sent what I had so far out
to the list a while back hoping to get some help but I haven't heard back on
any progress...
