Shirl,
I am a rubber stamp addict. My rubber room is in chaos. I don't know how I am ever going to get it clean & organized like I want it. But I know I have to stop looking at the big picture and just go 'inch by inch'. :)
Congrats... you got a lot done.

I got alot done today.
Cleaned out the cedar chest - recycled a huge bag of linens, even parted with a rug I made.
Consolidated Christmas leftovers, made a huge dinner and  bean soup from the ham bone.
Started sorting thru my library - give aways box is half full - undecided box is half full - pulled several books for ds - started cleaning out a second storage area but decided to tackle that tomorrow.
scrubbed the vinyl seats on 5 of my new dining room chairs - and got several layers of dirt off the tops of the backs too - cleaned a large mushroom sculpture with my kitchen sprayer
sorted thru all the battery stash
started a box for stuff that belongs elsewhere (gotta find a home for the light bulbs!)
emptied dishwasher, put away and then washed new offerings

went shopping for a table cloth for my new dining room set - plus grocery shopping, returns and a few last minute bath/body purchases plus picked up script hospital forgot to call in yesterday.  Found  really neat tiny drawer storage units at TJ Maxx - so they jumped in my car and came home with me too.

My passion is scrapbooking and stamping - great hobbies for a clutter butt! (and I need to see my art supplies to remember to use them)  I have a room dedicated to my crafts - so when I unpacked my purchases - which I promptly put away - I rearranged my scrapping area - this included my scrapping desk - all 3 levels - dusted and reorganized - my 6 ft scrapping table - reorganized/sorted all my art tools (brushes, stipple brushes, pens, pencils, liquid applique,  etc), and sorted paper and supplies that need to be put away,

I'd keep going but I know I'll pay for it tomorrow!

This is the latest I've been up in ages - just started CPAP therapy for Obstructive Sleep apnea - guess it's working cause I'm not tired and I have much more energy than usual - which is a good thing cause I start a 2nd job in 2 weeks - which I'll work thru the tax season.

I want to thank all of you for your inspiration.  I'm tired of living this way - love my stuff but it's time for a lot of it to go live somewhere else.  Because of all of you I've been reading decluttering books - Organized Chaos is my current read - and it's helping inspire me too.

Happy New Year to you all - and best to you and yours.
