Louise, I am up for it. I started the living room yesterday. It was a disaster. Dh got me a glider rocker for Christmas and it had sat where he brought it in for almost a week. Dd got way too many toys and they littered the room also. I would hate to think what it would have been like if I didn't ask everyone to take it easy on the toys this year! Yesterday dh and I got the furniture arranged and I vacuumed the carpet. What did get done looks really good. Dh even replaced the light bulbs in the lamps! Then I had to take dh to the car dealership to pick up the new used truck he bought. Yes, we got a new vehicle. I am going to try to talk dh into driving dd and I to Walmart later (I really don't think I'll have to twist his arm too much--he he). It is a 'family truck' or so he says. He he. I won't drive it too often, but it is really nice and much better than the 12 year old truck he had been driving. :) But, I do need to get to the 4 or so feet of toys that I just tossed out of the way so the furniture could be moved. Then there is the kitchen where most of the junk in the living room ended up. And dd's room where yet some more toys ended up. Agh!! Need I go on?
