Hello littermates, I started the evil, dreaded, unforgiving kitchen today. I didn't get as far as I had hoped, but I did plan for it. I figured I would start on the upstairs on Monday. That gives me tomorrow and Saturday to get the kitchen done and Sunday to plan my attack on the upstairs and not much else. :)
What DID I get done today? I watered my plants and trimmed the spider plant that was half brown. Anyone know how to take the little shoots that come off of them and make new plants? I would love to do it but they seem to die on me (the offshoots, not the plant) Cleaned the top of the microwave cart and got rid of a bunch of stuff Cleaned the cubby in the microwave cart (where the microwave is suposed to go but where the phone, caller ID and answering machine are). I got rid of some candy we had BEFORE we moved here 2 1/2 years ago and the jars that it was in. :) Cleaned the drawer of the microwave cart Cleaned the front,sides and behind the microwave cart Cleaned dd's Fisher Price kitchen (it actually IS white) because I found one sticky part on it Moved the food that couldn't fit in the pantry over to the pantry Organized under the kitchen sink because I found a bag of cleaning supplies in with the food Took dd's kiddie pool downstairs for next year (yes, it was in with all the other stuff) Cleaned the trash can and lid (naaaaaasty!!!) Started organizing the pantry Cooked dinner I am a bit pooped. My sil called and asked me if I wanted to go to Walmart. I declined (very unusual for me, I love Walmart). I am tired, sick and want to watch CSI tonight. Tomorrow's project is the pantry. Anyone with me? I am just going to attempt the pantry and depending on how it goes dd and I may bake muffins. Or would you guys prefer a deal with your pantry weekend? Louise? Then it is to the top of the fridge! I am working my way around the room slowly and making progress, slowly but surely.
