Thanks to everyone who has been decluttering lately. I was reading all your messages and good intentions and decided to get off my butt and get something done here yesterday in my living room. So, I got my Christmas tree and decorations taken down, moved the couch and futon and cleaned behind and underneath, moved my entertainment centre and cleaned under it, rearranged a few things and threw out one bag of garbage and gave one garbage bag of "useful" stuff to the Thrift store. Wow, all in one day! That's a record for me. I also found time to go shopping (an hour away) to pick up a present for a friend! So, all in all , a very good day. Now as long as I can get the rest of the room finished before the first part is cluttered again!   I didn't realize until I joined here that there were actually other people out there who wouldn't invite company because of their messy houses!
