Here is the site for the other group I am with and she is very structured
and some of us need this and it helped me to get focused and get started,
but then I get so much off JFC with interaction with the wonderful network
of ladies that belong and listen to how it has worked for them. I take what
I need from the site and delete all the rest from Fly Lady. She got her name
as she teaches Fly fishing and is married to a Judge and lives in North
Carolina.
Thanks Louise for telling me I could post this and both groups have really
helped me , but you kind words and messages helps me the most.

27 FLING BOOGIE TIME!
Date: Saturday, January 5, 2002
Time: 11:30AM EST (GMT-05:00)
Take a garbage bag and SNEAK through your home and throw away 27
items. Do not stop until you have collected all 27 items. Then
close the garbage bag and pitch it. DO NOT LOOK IN IT!!! Just do
it.
Next grab a box and gather up 27 items to give away.
Every time I do this I feel better and my home is becoming
decluttered in the process.
FLY Rule: If you have 2 of any item, and you only need one get
rid of the least desirable.
As soon as you finish filling the box, take it to the car. You
are less tempted to rescue the items.
I also sing a wonderful song as I am doing this fun job. I sing
"Please release me let me go" as sung from the stuff point of
view.
This is how I decluttered my home. One Boogie at a time.
Keep up with your Daily routines. Morning and Before Bed Time. I
know you have heard this several times from me, but this is the
key to staying on top of your home care. 15 min in the morning
and 15 min before bed. Eventually this will be automatic. I
promise!
We are going to repeat this every Mon., Wed., and Fri.
If you don't have time just delete.
