Hi to all members of this list(new, old, and in-between)I'm not referring to age,but date of joining the list...I'm very "new." I am a teacher during the week, and have taken on a weekend job at a busy ski area near my home. That is very stressful but getting better as I learn to balance the cash drawer and all that goes with that. I just wanted to say thanks to all of you for your encouragement...don't have any plans to do major de-cluttering now as I am too busy just doing all the necessary stuff that goes with being a mom with two sons and also working fulltime. I have had a problem with "clutter" for many years now, and think the adage that says "slow and steady wins the race." or the concept that is expressed here by Louise, which is babysteps.....one day at a time, one project at a time is the way I plan to approach the "MONUMENTAL" job of decluttering my whole home(specifically, the boxes and boxes of stuff in my cellar). Out of sight, out of mind doesn't work-I know it's there and does need to be sorted. That's all for now,my day started today at 7, and tomorrow will be the same. Take care all,and I look forward to posting here when I have specific questions.
