Hi
I too have clothes sitting around that are smaller, just in case I get back down there. But of course, even my doctor said that since I was over 40 (48 to be exact) I didn't have much chance of losing much weight! Can you imagine, I thought doctors were supposed to encourage people! Anyway, I am going to try to exercise more and eat better foods in moderation. Maybe if I keep busy decluttering I can think of food less!

Subject: [JFC]: My promise to Me & You

I have been Decluttering my Master Closet and I have found all my smaller(size24/22) clothes from a couple years ago -All still in great condition, I cannot see throwing them away or donating them right now  considering I am trying to lose weight, so I have come up with a Master Plan, If I make a promise to just myself I know there is always room for excuses and changes, But if I include all of you I will have to keep the promise because I hate to lie. So here it is-
I promise that when I get out of one size of clothes that I will give them away to help another person of size(4x is next to impossible to find in thrift shop) and keep doing this till I am at my ideal weight-This helps in 2 ways-1 = is that with the clothes gone there is no clothes clutter and 2= is that without them hanging around I am less apt to go back to that size, Because I cannot afford a new wardrobe everytime I turn around.
So there it is in black & white-Now I have to stick with it and I am counting on you all to keep me accountable . Thanks Bunches
