Do you know of any good websites about FS and CFS? I have often thought that I suffer from both of these...I just didn't recognize the abbreviations.
Hi Beth,
Just do a search for Fibromyalgia or Chronic Fatigue and you will find all sorts of web sites. Some times it helps to talk to others especially when you have first been diagnosed or even before. People who deal with it everyday are the only ones who really understand what you are going through. However, I tend to stay away from these type list, because I find that most of them are a bit depressing. At least that's the way they seem to affect me. I guess that after so many years I have accepted my plight and I try to keep a positive attitude and focus on other things instead. Being depressed is just another part of the vicious circle. Of course when there is a big flare---you can't focus on anything but the disease. It kind of knocks you down and sits on top of you and says "hey, I am still here".
That's probably more than you wanted to know I tend to talk a lot. That's why dh calls me RJ (rachet jaw). lol. I want to thank you for the prayers. That's the main thing that keeps me going. And yes, I do feel better today. Praise the Lord!
Love and hugs
