Hello Littermates, I have done 2 loads of laundry and am drying it on the line inside and in the dryer (remember my one heat setting dryer--melt). I would have done more but I had a bout with the Braxton-Hicks contractions this afternoon. I knew what they were and didn't get too freaked out. I did get a little nervous. I am so not ready for this baby to be here yet. It did wake me up to the fact that I have a ton to do and not a lot of time to get it done. You know, pack the hospital bag, dig out the car seat, wash up the baby clothes, empty the blankets out of the crib, get the bassinet from my mom, ect. I put Snow White on for dd around 2 pm and crashed on the sofa. The nap did me good. She is now watching Arthur and then it is Sagwa, the Chinese Siamese Cat. Perhaps when dh comes home I can get some little things done. <g> I called him and he was less than excited about the contractions. I told him not to worry (sarcasm) and that I was just keeping him informed. I would drive myself to the hospital. If I hadn't called him, he would be mad. Go figure. Julie who wants chocolate in the worst way and there is none in the house!
