Sorry to hear you are not feeling well.  Drink plenty of water, preferably RO 
or filtered.
Drink some soothing herbal tea if you have it, and chicken soup is good but 
only if your tummy is up to it.

Rest as your body needs to heal!

We'll dust when you are feeling better and I'll think of you as I mop the 
kitchen floor again!
