Jean, I can't say for everyone, but for myself if I post I get more done. It is like an accountability thing. I know none of you can come and make sure I did my work, but I know and it feels good to share. For example, today I didn't post and I only got my daily chores done. I didn't do my focus room or anything else. =(.
