Thanks Diane,

Had to laugh when you said he might help you. Last year in my big push to
declutteredness I got to his room and the kids really gave me a hard time
about interfering with Dad's space. So I quit and didn't touch a thing.
When they want to know where something is in there I can honestly say I
don't know. I know he didn't mind me cleaning/organizing it, but I wanted
to show the kids how much he wanted to do it himself. And sure enough he
has done nothing. You are right it is going to be wonderful.

Now as soon as I finish storage room I will have a place to put the stored
empty boxes and that will free up a lot of space to sort. Will have two
tables and his work bench. So should go fairly quickly.

Isn't funny how by freeing up one space then you are able to move on to
another more easily.

I have spent the past 3 hours in the kitchen. First hour was catching up on
dishes. Then I spent 2 hours going through 4 boxes of our kids toys,
washing them. They are now on the counter drying, feel no necessity to mess
with mother nature. I am letting her air dry them. Got the four disgusting
boxes into garbage bags and outside. And swept the floor.

Going to wash the two rubbermaid boxes I plan to use as toy boxes later and
get the toys in them for grandkids next visit.

But now I am going to go work on my vests. Hoping to get past the dreaded
darts at least.

Happy cleaning and reclaiming everyone.

Gramma Connie
