Even on a trip, I love to read my JFC mail (not all of it mind you, between work and
JFC and the one other list I don't read from the web, it's more like email triage. ..)

I just wanted to share an aha. I realized that we had 'decluttered' travel. We have
one small checked bag, one carry on (I even left the cell phone home. ..)I've been
cool enough,, warm enough, well dressed enough and have only needed to purchase 2
personal care items - razors and stronger sunscreen - because we never dreamed we'd
have sun and heat like last Friday (and I didn't want my winter New England legs -
which are covered for 5 months to scare the natives)

What a joy to travel (well except for actually GETTING on the plane - awful!!!, please
keep me in your thoughts on Tuesday when we fly again. .. ) knowing that we have just
enough, can settle in as guests easily, don't have to tote all that crap around
airports and frankly could get a smaller less expensive rental car because we didn't
have all those passenger suitcases. . .I think that as much as clutter 'infects' other
areas of our lives, so does decluttering. It gets better and better.

Happy decluttering on this marvelous Monday from the foggy beaches of Florida
