Hello Littermates,
Well, today didn't go as planned. I got up early, ate, got dd up, checked e-mail, and made a list of stuff to get done. Then dh came home. He said if I wanted to go to Unclaimed Freight, I better move it NOW. Needless to say....I moved. I had the address, but no idea where it was. We ended up driving through York (City), PA. It took over an hour when we could have taken back roads and gotten there in less than 30 minutes. Basically we went the longest route possible. Oh well. We didn't find anything we needed (or wanted for that matter).
We came home, had lunch, dh went out, dd watched Dumbo (which I have never seen all the way through), I fell asleep (still haven't seen the whole movie). I woke up, watched the NHL All star game first period, dd went on the potty (yippieeeeeee), dd and I played a while, and then we had dinner. Dishes are done, dh is asleep (bad headache) and I am either having Braxton-Hicks or false labor (I hope it is false labor or Braxton-Hicks). I am uncomfortable and going to bed shortly.
Maybe tomorrow will be better. I am getting down to the wire and I think of all the time I wasted just doing nothing. I can't really explain it except that my due date seemed so far away. I thought I had plenty of time to get ready. I was able to move around easier. I didn't get it done. Now I am big (for me, not for most pregnant women) and clumsy. My due date is looming large (I have a feeling I will go early, this week coming up will be 36 weeks for those of you counting) and stuff is still undone. I'm not freaking out, I am just getting nervous. If it doesn't get done, it doesn't get done. Oh well. I have the motivation and the ability. I just can't move well, I get out of breath and tired easy.
Oh! I did work on our budget tonight. I have got to find something part time from home. I don't want to make millions, just extra money. Right now I would be happy with the paycheck I got in college for part time work. I need to work out of the home because of the kids (no funds for daycare) and who is going to hire a woman who is 8 months pregnant? Any ideas are welcome. Anyone?
