I guess we're lucky here because they are recyclable with the plastics - we 
do the 1's and 2's, and they also pick up glass, aluminum (even aluminum 
foil), and newspaper.  One of the grocery stores here has a big bin in the 
front so you can recycle there and another one gives you a 5 cent credit for 
each bag you bring with you from home and re-use.  At least I think they're 
still doing that.  

I worked in my bedroom all day yesterday.  I still have sooooo much to do.  I 
did get rid of a couple of big bags full of stuff, mostly paper.  It's 
getting better little by little, though, so when I start to feel overwhelmed 
and like I'm not getting anywhere, I just tell myself baby steps, and I keep 
trying to picture what it's going to look like when I'm finally finished.
