Hi All!

Glad to see you have found the passport! As for my kitchen table, I will
join the challange, but mine will be getting to the kitchen table. There is
stuff piled around it, and baby has dumped flour all over the floor and one
chair.

I did clean up the sugar mess she made!

As for Micro-moments:

I am reading a book that had a method that I used today and it was great. I
tend to keep all the items I need to do constantly in the upper memory of my
mind. When I sit down or relax, they pop up and I stress. When I write them
down, I tend to considere them done. SO today I read about mirco-moments or
micro-steps which are even small than baby steps. For example, the floor has
packing peanuts all over. I stressed about trying to pick them all up so I
said, just pick up one. Then I picked up several and was successful! Then I
said: just pick up one glass, and while I was taking it into the kitchen, I
-without thinking- picked up two more. This is not going to clean up the
whole house in record time, but was great because I was able to do something
without stressing. I just shut out the whole house and focused in on just
these mirco-tasks.

Hopes this helps.
