Diane is so right.  The less you have, the less you have to manage. 
Simplfy is my new motto.  Sometimes I just look into my closets or
cupboard and just sigh a sigh of relief.  Because I have decluttered them
and have patrolled them.  Patrolling is also a big thing.  If you
declutter & organize but don't stay on top of it by picking up & putting
away it will become just as bad as it was before.  Stuff has a way of
mulitiplying.
