Bettye,
You
had written earlier something about making the bed each morning. I
finally figured out how to do it in 5 minutes. I got it from Don
Aslett's(sp) site. Start on one side of the bed and move the pillows to
the end of the bed. Straighten the sheet on that side to almost the
middle, straighten the blankets or comforters (I have 2
comforters/duvets). Walk to the other side of the bed and do the same
thing. Put the pillows back and that should be it. I fold
a blanket I like to use at night in the living room and lay it at the end of my
bed and then fold pj's and just set them on top. I don't like
the pj's there, but as long as company isnt looking into my room, then it
shouldnt be a problem. *wink
Warmly,
Theresa
Oh, Theresa, how sweet you are :-) I'm ok, really. I think normally my "list" looks something like this.
1. Wake up
2) Go to work
3) Come home
4) Go to sleep
and then once a twice a week I go, oh NO, there's all this STUFF I gotta do, and I cram in as much as I can...exhausting myself, and returning immediately thereafter the schedule above.
Hard to start new habits, and HARD to find energy where there is none.
But thanks :-)
