Christy,

This is strange, but I also found that I sometimes got less done when I was home all the time. When you know you'll be home tomorrow, and the day after that, and so on, it is easy to put things off, knowing you'll have time to do it later. And later just keeps getting put off.

I'm a single mom with 2 active, busy boys and a full time job. I know I have to make the most of my time, so I don't waste it. If I have 10 - 15 - or 30 minutes, I use it to do something quick because I can't wait til I have a large block of time available - that's not going to happen.

You might need to set some goals for each day - maintenance (laundry, dishes, wipe counters, pick up stray stuff) and add one extra job that you've been putting off. Make a list of the extra jobs and cross them off as they are done. Or maybe set aside one hour each day for a project. There's lots of ways to do it - you just have to get started.

Good luck - let us know how it goes.

Diane
