I just wanted to cry reading your list.  So sorry you're having such troubles.  Keep your chin up, this too shall pass.  I see your creative side is still showing, I loved your signature line.  I'll work with you today as dd is still sick and it's really cold and I'm not leaving the house unless I have to.
