Good morning all!
Well, I have some good news, I did find my wedding ring last night. I told my family that I could now go to the nut house with my wedding ring! I made a dent on the weekend kitchen mess last night. However I am still not getting to my major projects. Grandma is going to take the girls for some of spring break and DH better be feeling better to help tackle some heavy duty chores! I already told him he is never selling GS cookies again! After he stopped jumping for joy, I told him he would have to make it up in some other way.
Swept and mopped 2/3 of Kitchen floor
Cleared off several spaces on counters
Did two loads of dishes
Keeping bathroom floor patrolled
Family did three loads of laundry but I only saw a few items actually come out of laundry room which means the rest is probably stuffed in a basket or piled on top of the dryer.
Thanks for all your words of encouragement (Karen)! I wonder if Julie is delivering yet? I remember how eager I was, and then a few days later I was wishing baby was back in: but then all of my babies had rough newborn stages! I still wince when I see one. Now eldest DD is going into her teenage years!
Debbie, I feel for your needle pricks. We have not had a real tree in years since our kids are spaced out enough that we have always had small ones, and I have chosen the small plastic tree or even one year we printed out a poster of a tree and tacked it on the wall and decorated it with paper ornaments!
Hope you all are doing well, Pat (& daughter) Sherry, Louise, all our new(er) members, and have any of you wondered how many are lurking? Wishing you well also!
Hey: what ever happened to our member from Italy? I always took a mini-vacation when I read her posts. Not that I don't appreciate England, (I was married there Elaine & Louise & other Elaine or Debbie?) but Italy has so far not known my noble presence.
