Hi Diane,     Congrats on the new a/c unit!  How about working together to get attics/basements cleared out?  I am baby-stepping mine so I don't get frustrated - I moved about 20 years worth of 'stuff' from my old attic and garage to the basement here.  I'd like to be finished with the worst of it over the next 4-5 weeks.  Anyone interested in joining in?
